Karen Wilson. The wife. Karen has been indispensable in helping me with this project. Not only has she been in charge of all the collecting but she also helps by driving the motor homes around and keeping an eye on me! No easy task....

Steve Baldock. I have known Steve for 40+ years. We met through rallying and Steve was on the spanners on quite a few rallies I was competing on. We used Steve’s Pajero as the tow vehicle to get over to the IoM and then as rear gunner vehicle when we did our lap.

  WE HAVE DONE IT!!!

What a day yesterday was. 18/04/2017

I have been working towards this day for a year.

We completed a lap of the TT Circuit in 4 Hours, 33 mins! That was the total driving time I had to put in. The total time on the circuit including breaks and tec. issues was 6hrs 32mins.

Thank you to everyone involved especially my support team Karen, Di, Steve, Steve, Phil and Terry from the TT Marshals Assoc. Also big thanks go to

Sergeant Steve Lapsley from the IOM Police and to

Shaun Counsell from the TT Circuit Infrastructure team.

During our stay and the attempts at both the Southern 100 Circuit and the TT Circuit the Mannin Hotel has been our base.

The Hotel kindly offered us a deal for accommodation on a Bed & Breakfast basis for two rooms, one of which is a disabled room for the duration of our stay on the Island.

This hotel was recommended to us by one of our supporters and talking to the management team could not have been more pleasant.

Are you coming to the Island for

the TT, Manx GP, Manx Rally, any of the Classic meetings or for a holiday?

Why not STAY IN STYLE at the Mannin Hotel?

We also had another rallying friend and his wife join us to help out on the Isle of Man Challenge. Steve Cook and his wife Di agreed to be official photographers for the laps. They shoot off ahead of the convoy to take photos and video of the scooter on iconic parts of the TT Course. Thanks guys.
